Organizational Dynamics

In an effort for Vernon Township to improve green practices and energy resilience township-wide, CIP researchers were brought on as consultants to investigate the community-specific conditions and ideas that are most likely to be successfully adopted by the various communities the township engages with. This project involved site visits, interviews with leadership and community residents, and analysis of previous green programming efforts for five subtly but distinctly, unique communities.
